    Razor Hovertrax 2.0 operates best on flat, dry, smooth, level surfaces without loose debris, in wide open spaces. It is highly recommended that the Hovertrax 2.0 should not be ridden in traffic or around vehicles. Check your local laws and regulations to find out the specific rules in your State or Territory about where and how you may use your Razor Hovertrax 2.0.

    It takes a little practice to get used to balancing on the Razor Hovertrax 2.0, but our exclusive EverBalance™ technology provides an intelligently-engineered, state-of-the-art, self-balancing experience for an easier mount and smoother ride, every time. To assist you, it has 2 modes of operation: 

    i. Training mode, which is a little easier to ride and is set at default when you receive your Razor Hovertrax 2.0; and
    ii. Normal Mode.

    You can adjust the mode by pressing the power button and the LED indicator will show you which mode you are in. Whatever mode the Razor Hovertrax 2.0 was left in when turned off, will be the mode it begins in when turned back on.

    Do not stand on or near the center or rotating portion of the foot platform. To start with, step on the side of the foot platforms.

  • How long do I have to charge it for?
    Your first charge should be for 6 hours. After that, recharge time is 4 hours, even if the light turns green before 4 hours. You should always charge the battery immediately after riding.
  • Is the battery removable?
    Yes.
  • The charger or the battery pack gets warm. What should I do?
    Allow the charger or the battery pack to cool down. Always keep the product and the charger at normal room temperature and charge only at room temperature (above 0°C). Do not place the product or the charger in the sun or warm environment.
  • Orange light is off and red indicator flashes with beep sound. What does it mean?
    The battery is in need of a charge. Slow down and stop, step to the back, power down and recharge. Do not attempt to ride until it has been recharged.
  • I lost my charger. Can I buy a new one?
    Yes. Please contact the Funtastic Customer Service Centre on 1800 244 543 – they are available Monday to Friday during business hours to take your call. Alternatively, you can send an email to info@funtastic.com.au and a Customer Service Team Member will get back to you.
  • Is the Razor Hovertrax 2.0 safe?

    Yes, Razor was the first US brand to receive the UL 2272 listing for safety, ensuring Hovertrax 2.0 meets or exceeds the highest fire and electrical standards.   It has also been tested to all Australian compliance requirements (AS/NZS 60335.1).  You should ensure you use the charger safely by following these steps:

    • Use only the recommended charger.
    • Charge batteries under adult supervision.
    • Regularly examine the charger supplied with the Razor Hovertrax 2.0 for damage to the cord, plug, enclosure and other parts. In the event of such damage, you must not use it to charge your Razor Hovertrax 2.0 until it has been repaired or replaced.
    • Unplug the charger from the wall outlet when not in use.
    • Be sure to charge the battery in a clean, dry location away from direct sunlight, flames or sparks.
    • If you feel the charger or battery pack gets warm, allow the charger or battery pack to cool down. Always keep the product at normal room temperature. Do not place the charger or battery pack in the sun or warm environment.
  • How can I keep the battery chargeable if I am going to store my Razor Hovertrax 2.0?
    Fully charge the battery before storing for extended periods of time. 

    Recharge the battery periodically, at least once a month, so that the battery will continue to accept a charge.

    Make sure that the power switch is turned OFF when the Razor Hovertrax 2.0 is not in use. If the power switch is left on for an extended period of time, the battery may reach a stage at which it will no longer hold a charge.
     
  • If I do not like this product, can I return it?
    Yes, you can return the Razor Hovertrax 2.0 to Funtastic within 14 days from the date of delivery in the condition that you received it (including packaging), and we will exchange it or refund you the purchase price. If you claim a refund, it will be processed within 30 days of Funtastic receiving the returned product.
  • What is the warranty?
    We warrant that the Razor Hovertrax 2.0 will be free from manufacturing defects for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. This Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, or any damage, failure or loss caused by improper use, assembly, maintenance or storage of the Razor Hovertrax 2.0.
  • How do I make a warranty claim?

Exchanges and refunds

If you are unhappy with your Product for whatever reason, simply request an exchange (full price and sale items) or refund (full price items only) and return the Product to us in the condition that you received it (including packaging), and we will exchange it or refund you the purchase price. To request an exchange or to claim a refund, contact us.
Exchanges and refunds of full priced items must be requested within 14 days from the date of delivery. We do not refund sale items, but we will happily exchange them, provided the exchange is requested within 14 days from the date of delivery.
If you claim a refund, it will be processed within 30 days of us receiving the returned Product. If you have requested an exchange, the delivery time for the replacement Product will be as stated above.

Cost of return delivery

If you receive Products that are damaged, defective or if the incorrect item is delivered to you, we will cover the cost of the return delivery as well as the cost of shipping the replacement Product back to you (if you have asked for an exchange).
